Our main emphasis or style is Shaolin Kung Fu. This particular style, one of the oldest styles of the martial arts, is based on the movement of five animals, the Tiger, Leopard, Snake, Crane, and Dragon. They emphasize speed, circular movement, angular attacks and defense. This style is often considered an art form as well as a sport & method of self defense.
Fifteen qualified black belt/sash instructors are available for the 7 day per week classes. Children, women and men benefit from not only the fitness aspect but an increase in self confidence and ability to focus on tasks at hand.
